Who we are
Jalur.ai is a learning and marketplace platform for Indonesian tour guides, built by Tim Pandega for the PIDI DIGDAYA X Hackathon.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email), guide profile and certification data, booking records, and — for guide identity verification — national ID (NIK) data, stored encrypted. Payments are processed by Xendit; we never receive or store card numbers.
How we use data
To operate bookings and payouts, personalize learning paths and guide matching, keep the platform safe, and meet our legal obligations.
Storage & security
Sensitive personal data is encrypted at rest and access to it is restricted.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data through our official contact channels.
