The service
Jalur.ai connects travelers with certified Indonesian tour guides and provides guides with training and certification tools.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Bookings & payments
All payments are made in Indonesian Rupiah via Xendit. A platform commission applies to guide payouts.
Cancellations
Upcoming bookings can be cancelled from your bookings page. Detailed cancellation and refund terms will be set out in the binding version of this document.
Certification
Platform certificates reflect assessment results on Jalur.ai and are not a government license.
Liability & changes
The service is provided as-is during this pilot phase; these placeholder terms may change after legal review. Indonesian law governs.
